I have been meaning to buy a cork board for quite some time. So when my friend and I went to a Japanese dollar store downtown I picked up this double sided cork board for only $4!
After realizing it looked a bit too plain, I decided to fancy it up with a little bit of paint!
Once I started painting I quickly realized that I would be needing some painters tape.

I bought some cute purple jewel thumbtacks from dollarama! 
Still looking plain.... I was planning on maybe adding some black ribbon?

I'm gonna have to go back to that dollar store and find some black
ribbon now! Hmm... I've been spending a lot of time in dollar
stores latley... Suspicious.
